Jo and the Lara Wetlands team are all fantastic and I highly recommend a visit. Every single airline, wholesaler, tour company, cruise line, hotel chain and insurance broker has changed original terms and conditions and are constantly updating and issuing new policies during this time. Travel Agents are having to rework every itinerary and find the smartest financial and safest option for their clients. Sometimes this is a full refund, sometimes there are strict cancellation fees that no amount of negotiating wil...l get around. Often there are credits for future travel. This is out of the travel agents hands. Please don’t buy into any unfair or untrue media stories about all Travel Agents ripping you off. The vast majority of travel agents are devastated that they themselves can’t travel our awesome planet for a while, and that they can’t offer their expertise to ensure you can enjoy its beauty also.
