07.01.2022 Pre season is kicking off on Jan 4th, 2021. We will deliver 3 sessions per week including track conditioning, court based skills, foot work and match play as well as strength training. . We will also be conducting a fitness testing day on Saturday December 19th, 2020. Testing results will help guide your programs and bring more focus and purpose to your training. . 04.01.2022 FITNESS TESTING . We are conducting a netball fitness testing session on Saturday 19th December. Registrations are now open via our website. . The session is open to all age groups and levels. A full report will be provided with results, comparisons and guidance for pre season training.
