20.01.2022 What is Dry Needling? Dry needling is an alternative therapy that involves stimulation of myofascial trigger points using acupuncture needles to release tight or painful muscles. A myofascial trigger point is commonly referred to as a ‘knot’ in the muscle. These trigger points may occur due to overexertion of a muscle and be painful to touch.
