25.01.2022 NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING/ MEDAL PRESENTATION Notice is hear-by given under the Narrogin Districts Little Athletics Club Inc. Constitution that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 4:30pm on Friday 14th August 2020 at the Thomas Hogg Oval, Narrogin. The NDLAC Management Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting and holds office for the period of one year. They are eligible for re-election. Nominations are now being sought for the following position...s on the Management Committee for 2020/21. President; Vice President; Treasurer; Secretary; Registrar; Coaches coordinator/ Competition Officer Fundraising/ Sponsorship; and Equipment/ merchandise Coordinator. Nominations for these positions are required to be provided in writing to the Club via email - [email protected] at least 4 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Nominations can be made at the meeting. Should you be unable to attend the AGM, please send your apologies to the Club by email or by telephone to 0448 338 640. To register for this event and for more information please head to:... https://www.athleticswest.com.au/events/79476/ PLEASE ONLY REGISTER THROUGH THE LINK PROVIDED BY ATHS WEST. There is no registration for this through resultsHQ. This event will be held on the weekend of 21st & 22nd November 2020 at the WA Athletics Stadium in Mt Claremont. Registration for this event closes on the 16th November 2020 This event has a $15 meet fee payable on registration. Day 1: U11-U13 Boys and U14- U17 Boys and Girls Day 2: U11-U13 Girls and U14-U17 Boys and Girls This is a non competition round at Dale Little Athletics Centre, so should you wish to enter this event, you will not miss a competition round. By registering in this event, you will be competing as a Dale Little Athletics Centre athlete and will need to compete in a Dale uniform. If you do not have a Dale uniform, please speak to Dave or Erica and they will arrange one for purchase from the Centre. There will be a requirement for volunteer rosters to be completed at the stadium on the centre’s behalf if you register to attend. This event will operate with a call room. First event only is on timetable and then program will be adjusted as needed. In order to be eligible for medals, your athlete must complete all events in the competition schedule. 12.01.2022 NDLAC have decided to postpone the AGM/windup due to the developing covid-19 crisis. Our club is following the direction of the health department. The safety and well being of our Athletes and families are our priority. The AGM/windup up will be postponed to until later this year. The committee will be in contact with all of our families in due course with a new date.
