18.01.2022 Such an awesome edition to my class today . Russ came along to join my Kundalini yoga and meditation class this morning at our cosy yoga home @seekerandkind Studio Mullumbimby . I’m so inspired by Russell’s open , honest , compassionate ,& hilarious sharing of his journey towards spirituality , wellness and recovery . I’m So inspired by this man and the awesome work he does in shining light onto the path of healing addiction .... He has been a bright light in the dark for many He kindly invited Shien and I to his show Recovery Live in Brisbane tonight Can’t wait to be blown away .
