12.01.2022 The word for today: gratitude.

11.01.2022 I returned to work in January after taking a year off to deal with an illness. I am now again excited to help people develop strategies to better deal with their lives. I’m also full of gratitude for my life and my health. My journey continues!

09.01.2022 I’d like to thank Liz Hardy for helping me with this part of my digital coming/of-age. I am about to go to Bali for a wellness retreat (thanks Kirsty and Ross) and work on taking more responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational health. Stay tuned.
