19.01.2022 It's been a while since we posted a W.I.P. so a little sneak peek at what we've got going on currently. This build is going to be fun, different, trying and will be sure to take me way outside my "kitchen" comfort zone. But what is life without challenge? Used everyday and... still looks like the day we got it. You have no idea how many knives this knife has helped make sir. 13.01.2022 Sold and off to its new forever home. This one was a monster and it cut like a razor. Takefu Shiro 2 San Mai with Inland Rosewood handle with Bronze and Black G10 liners, copper pins and a signature NJK pin. I'm sure this one will be well loved in its new Melbourne based home.

05.01.2022 Weekend WIP. Nathan showed me before bed the blade he made over the weekend and I wanted to post straight away. So coffee in hand this morning I had to share this beautiful piece of art. Check back Friday to see the knife.

02.01.2022 Had a blast with Luke Berkelmans from Makesmith. Testing out his home made press. Very impressive. We had a ball, made some steel and ate some hot chips. Cheers mate for an awesome day
