24.01.2022 What am I going to do now gyms are closed? With gyms being closed for a minimum of 2 weeks at this stage, and you are worried about how you are going to workout or not wanting to go for a run everyday Don’t worry I’ve got you covered. I am offering discounted outdoor sessions while the gyms are closed... 15.01.2022 What are your goals? When thinking of goals target smaller things don’t always look at the long term goals. If it’s walking 20 minutes a day or being like spongebob and try to lift your remote off the coffee table.... Just making small changes will help with bigger things later. 10.01.2022 My staple chest or triceps exercise is: Dips The dip is an exercise I include in chest and triceps day as I find this one of the best exercises for muscle activation. Benefits of dips are:... They go well with biscuits and crackers They use more than 1 muscle group ie They are good for targeting the outer and lower chest which people find hard to activate I would recommend doing these at least twice a week if it’s it’s body weight, weighted or even supported with the assisted pad or if you have had a few drinks and find a suitable surface have a go (don’t actually do this you might get injured) If you are unsure of how you can incorporate them or unsure how to do them hit me up with a dm.

Help with core stability 2. Helps with building huge arms 3. Makes you sit in a squatting position so it kills your legs aswell as arms 4. 03.01.2022 Consistency is key Make sure you are getting some form of exercise in each day. If you use the yo-yo approach this can cause problems in the long run. I’ll miss today and make up for it later won’t cut it... Having a set routine can help balance you fitness, work life and personal life. If you are struggling to get any sort of exercise in the best way is to ask someone who can help you with balancing everything. Personal training is a great way to help start create a routine, that way you accountable for the session you book each week.
