Hand care is super important when training especially with kettlebells. Contrary to some belief you dont want tough calloused hands because these are more likely to tear, instead you want nice smooth and soft hands that wont catch on the handle. ... I use the hardstyle hand care routine of soaking my hands for 5mins in water as hot as I can handle before giving them a light dry and then sanding away the callous and dead skin.
