23.01.2022 Thanks for having me as your host for the annual Cetnaj, Clipsal and Schneider Electric Queensland Industry Luncheon. A reflection of the calibre of people in the room to see $12,000 raised for Queensland Homicide Victims' Support Group. #Sudoku

23.01.2022 Loved the focus, attention and curly questions from the Year 5, 6 & 7 Mitcham Primary School students in #Adelaide for a Charity Bounce Resilience Session. Getting mistaken for Daniel Riccardo may be my favourite ever case of mistaken identity. Loved even more that a student made a poster from the notes they took in the session! #Resilience... #IsolationInsights #MentalHealth #Wellbeing See more

22.01.2022 An absolute privilege to speak at the Saint Ignatius' College Riverview Year 7 Reflection Day. Credit to the Pastoral Care team at the school for splitting the year level into 6 groups and rotating them through stations so that the day could still go ahead and all COVID/Social Distancing requirements could be met. Personally it was so nice to be able to be back speaking to and interacting with a live audience! #Resilience... #ThisMomentMatters See more

22.01.2022 I appreciate the trust that the Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs) Australia & NZ have in me to invite me back annually to MC the Northern Territory Insurance Conference. Its always a privilege helping to bring the teams hard work to life. #NTIC Photos by Flowpyre

21.01.2022 It was nice to get these photos today and flashback to what the pre-COVID world was like in February. MCing the NRL - National Rugby League All Star Game was an amazing day. I miss sports stadiums full of crowds. I hope we get back to it one day!

20.01.2022 Appreciated the privilege of presenting a workshop on #resilience to high school educators from Australia and New Zealand at the National Boys Education Conference. #NBEC2019

19.01.2022 COVID restrictions sadly kept me physically out of South Australia today but it was awesome that technology opened the door to still lead the Woodcroft College Year 12 Reflection Day via Zoom. Grateful to still get the opportunity to re-connect with these students in this historic year!

19.01.2022 Not a bad game to make my broadcast debut on. Crowd progressively losing their mind as Chris Goulding got closer to 50. Still one of the loudest crowds Ive ever heard!

17.01.2022 Loved the chance to do a follow up session with the Ivanhoe Grammar School Year 9s after first working with them last year as Year 8s. Massive year for them on a separate campus to the rest of the school! #Resilience #Unicorns #Curtis... #Hudson See more

16.01.2022 I love working at this aged care home. When the entire world is being forced to distance and separate it was amazing to celebrate 2 people connecting, coming together and making it work for 65 years! My favourite moment was when Faye turned to one of the staff members in the middle of the celebrations and said I hope I dont have a heart attack.

16.01.2022 Special day running a Charity Bounce Hoops for Harmony session with the Year 2-6 legends at Plunkett St Public School. Using basketball as a medium to encourage young people to celebrate cultural diversity and to teach acceptance, tolerance and understanding of all races and cultures. #BLM #blacklivesmatter

12.01.2022 David Bowley is a great friend and an even better wine maker. The Cudlee Creek fire in SA has destroyed his vineyard, cellar and home. He has an incredibly tough road ahead. Why not head to www.vinteloper.com and buy some wine. Youll enjoy some amazing Vinteloper wine to bring in the new year and at the same time bring a little bit of light to a great man during a dark time.

12.01.2022 Stoked to be working with Charity Bounce. Do you know a teacher who would appreciate this? With the pandemic bringing unprecedented challenges such as isolation and remote education, students and staff need wellbeing support more than ever. Out of a strong desire to support them through this difficult time, Charity Bounce is offering a FREE limited series of resilience sessions for schools. WHO IS NATHAN STREMPEL?... Nathan has spoken in schools for more than a decade, equipping over 50,000 students with strategies and insights to enhance their wellbeing and resilience. With a background in sports media, Nathan has interviewed some of the greatest athletes of all time. He captivates audiences by weaving insights from their stories alongside evidence-based research. Nathans current roles of Director of Basketball and Boarding Duty Master at St Ignatius Riverview College keep him on point with current teen culture. More than most, Nathan is also aware of the challenges of isolation. Many years prior to forging a respected media career, he appeared as a housemate on the reality TV show Big Brother with an intention to have a positive impact on young people. For a whole month, he was cut off from the outside world with several million people witnessing his every move. This intense experience proved to him how much isolation challenges your mental health. ISOLATION: TOP 10 INSIGHTS FROM THE INSIDE Drawing on this experience, Nathan will present the key takeaways to make the most of this challenging time. The presentation is offered completely FREE of charge on Zoom until the end of May. Expect an entertaining presentation delivering both laughter and invaluable takeaways! Feel free to share this information with colleagues and other schools.
