19.01.2022 LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO DO IN THE HOLIDAYS? We are launching our first Mini Camps for 4 different sports during the school holidays, Netball, Rugby, Basketbal...l and Waka Ama. We are launching our Mini Camps which includes 2 hour sessions across 3 days. In these 3 days we will cover movement, mechanics, fitness, conditioning as well as skills and drills which are perfect for different Athletes preparing for their upcoming season.
