14.01.2022 Hello beautiful people. In light of what is happening around our globe at the moment, I feel this is a good time to stop and reflect on where we are right now emotionally compared to where we once were before all this. Speaking for myself, I used to think by 'doing' things I was achieving and when I wasn't 'doing', it means I am not receiving. Now being forced to stay inside, it has led me to see that staying inside is not only on a physical sense but on a soul and mental sen...se. When my soul is resting and my mental state is resting, I am 'being' and not 'doing'. This allows the connection with myself, my creative and child self to emerge, to have fun and create. Nothing outside of myself is going to give me peace like sitting within and writing or drawing, painting, cooking or creating, whatever makes me feel joy. Happiness is an inside job, no one can give it to me, no amount of money in the world can bring it. Find what makes your heart warm, whatever that may be. For me, meditation and yoga are the first steps that lead me there. Join me on this page to discover what brings you joy from within.
