24.01.2022 Through a JLL introduction, NPM have partnered with Pass it on Clothing & Co to host a custom clothing bin which will be used to donate gently used clothing that will be distributed directly to people living rough throughout Greater Sydney. Pass It On Clothing & Co takes clothing donations directly to those in need, setting up a wardrobe station in Sydney, Parramatta, Gosford and Arncliffe. Since its inception, Pass It On Clothing & Co has provided over 70,000 pieces of clot...hing to over 10,000 people living rough in Greater Sydney. 13.01.2022 We have partnered with @dexusplace and @creodesigngroup to design and construct this 637 sqm speculative office along with new amenities and lift lobbies in the prestigious @mlccentre The key to the project's success was to provide prospective occupants with a workspace that was ready for immediate occupation whilst allowing for flexibility based on their needs whilst matching the buildings sophisticated reputation. The design captures focus rooms, project space, collaboration areas.
