25.01.2022 S ? Yes & no. Each of these poses are fundamentally the same front pose but each is completely unique to the physique of each client. What’s different you may ask?... The foot position The hip positioning How much the lats are activated Wether of not to activate the Glute The hand positioning The wrist placement Elbow placement Everything is coached with purpose, precision and placement and completely unique to each clients physique. You shoulder never just be told to do a pose that someone else was taught because no physique is alike. This is my craft - The secret is in the minor details, knowing how to activate specific muscles with a lift or a twist to present your physique in the best possible way. 16.01.2022 One of the scariest things you can be asked to do on stage... but NOT if you are confident with glute activation and how to walk correctly to score highly! The easiest way to judge glute tightness is to get competitors to walk to the back on the stage and watch their glutes....... Knowing how to keep your Glutes recruited and switched on as you walk to the rear of the stage is absolutely essential to being competitive in a federation such as NPC IFBB Pro Leauge , ANB or WFF as they require model walking from their bikini and fitness competitors.
