25.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE As of 4th May if you do not show up to your appointment you will be required to pay in full for that appointment before being able to book another appointment in. If you are more than 10mins late for your appointment you will either forfeit nail art (if booked in) or be turned away. If I have to cancel your booking for being late you will be required to pay for the appointment in full before booking in another one. This applies to everyone, new and old. ...Please don’t be late to your appointments. I run back to back and when one person is late it makes me run behind all day which affects others clients and their schedules. Over the last month I have had so many people forget their appointment times even though reminders are sent out 48 hours before your appointment to remind everyone. As much as I try and not show how much the loss of income affects me, it does. This is my only source of income so I rely on everyone to attend their appointments. I cannot afford late and no shows anymore. Unfortunately if this doesn’t improve everyone (including my longtime regulars) will be asked to pay a $50 deposit that will be held by me and used to cover my loss of income in the event of any of the above happening. I know for a lot of you it is an honest mistake but please please please remember this is my business, not a hobby. Love Nat xx
