13.01.2022 It’s the last day of Plastic Free July so I wanted to share one last Eco swap with you about when you’re out and about or heading off to work and school. ~ * Lunch boxes, containers - pack a Nude food, plastic free lunch using stainless steel lunch boxes and containers. Saves on packaging and is usually a healthier option when you make lunch and snacks at home. * Wraps, pouches - pack sandwiches and snacks in reusable wraps and pouches instead of cling wrap and plastic zip...lock bags. If you need to use cling wrap get a plant based one you can throw in the compost. * Drink bottles - take a reusable water bottle wherever you go. Invest in a water filtration system or jug for the home and fill your bottles with high quality water before you head out without the risk of leaching plastic or plastic waste from single use plastic water bottles. * Coffee cups, food jars - never use disposable coffee cups again. Bring your own reusable one or sit down and enjoy one in a mug.
