21.01.2022 One of the best things I have bought is the mud kitchen! Now it has warmed up a little we have connected the hose to it. Over the last few weeks I have been fed... breakfast, lunch, dinner and had endless supplies of coffee! Today however I havent been given anything to eat or drink instead the children made a big mud puddle that they have gotten themselves so dirty by jumping in it. Apologising now to the parents and carers for the state of the clothes you will find in your childs bag at the end of the day today! But in my defense your children all had a blast today See more

16.01.2022 Today we had friends visit us all the way from Mirriwinni Munchkins in Innisfail. All 7 of the children played really well together, shared and got along. I don...'t believe there was even one conflict among them! We showed our friends our ducks and ducklings, chicken and baby chicks but I think they was more interested in the mud! Eli showed off the tadpoles that we have in a small tank. He was telling everyone they are going to change into frogs soon. After playing outside, everyone was showered and then we all ate lunch together before our friends left to drive home. Thank you for coming to play with us Mirriwinni Munchkins, hope to see you here again soon. See more

03.01.2022 Today we all went over to Natural Choice Early Learning base for a play date. The children had an amazing time there, they got to mingle with many other differe...nt adults and children. The children played, ate morning tea, played, made eggs with stickers, had the opportunity to have their face painted, played, have a go on the high net, watched a puppet show and ate a sausage sizzle and played again. Then I loaded up 4 tired children in to the car for the journey back to the house. Once back the children played inside (their choice), painted some fish and went fishing! Definitely a fun filled day all round! See more

03.01.2022 Today Mandy and Emma went to Ashleigh's Family Day Care for an ENJO party as part of World Recycling Week. During the party, Carmel discussed with the children the effects rubbish has on our natural environment. She also taught the children how to clean without chemicals. The children had a great time getting involved and trying out the different products. Thanks very much for the invite Ash, it was great to be able to join you and the children for a morning of fun :)

02.01.2022 School Holiday Fun! Some more snaps from our school holidays! We made cubby houses, painting, craft, bracelet making, playdough, baking and more.... Natural Choice Early Learning - FDC also dropped us off new obstacle course equipment! How lucky are we! It has already been turned into many things such as a train, the kids house and an aeroplane.

01.01.2022 This morning the children coloured in pictures of Easter eggs as it was a bit drizzly outside. Then we spoke about facemasks and each child was given their own ...to play with and was told that a lot of people will be wearing them at the moment. Then the rain stopped and we put on sunscreen, grabbed hats and went outside. We hadn't been out long when we had a visit m from Chris (Chris G), Chris is our scheme manager. He came today with the committee president who is also called Chris (Chris F) . Chris G spent most of his time playing with and entertaining the children and had I thought about it sooner Chris F and I should have disappeared inside for a coffee haha because Chris G was doing a super job! Chris G played with the balls, pushed children around in the bubble cars, even went 4 wheel driving! He stood for the longest time pushing children on the different swings. Chris F and I spent most of our time watching that Darryl didn't take our heads off with the airplane he was flying!!! The children all behaved wonderfully and Darryl didn't succeed in taking off our heads although he tried hard!!! Tiny horse even came to the fence to check out Chris and Chris . See more
