20.01.2022 Saw an article yesterday describing the flare up of some very serious skin conditions related to washing of hands in sanitisers and soap. Dermatologists have been inidated with extreme skin irritations consistent with using hand sanitisers and washing continually No surprise to me. The harsh and toxic chemicals that are banned in many countries except Australia, will cause skin irritations with even a limited use. We are using a hand sanitiser, foaming hand wash and moisturisers that do not strip the skin, use a plant based formula - even for the hand sanitiser- that meets even the CDC requirements and all with no irritants, chemicals or nasties to upset your delicate skin balance. 06.01.2022 Say Hi to Daisy - the wonder cat- she allows us to live with her while she waits for her Mum to take her away!! We hear so much gaff about essential oils and our pets. I would like to share how I manage oils and Daisy. Well I don’t! That is the point! I use them and she decides if she wants to be around them. Currently, I am using Oils of the Ancient Scripture before I meditate, this is 12 essential oils, one drop per foot, 24 drops. She sits under my feet while I meditate, I even stand on her sometimes. She can go anywhere she likes and yet she sits where the oils are strongest! Her choice. She wouldn’t if they were unpleasant to her would she?

03.01.2022 Tried the golden syrup dumplings. Way too sweet for me. Also wanted to incorporate culinary essential oils. So this is what I did and it is yummy! Usd the basic recipe for the dumplings, substituted golden for maple syrup and add two drops each of Ginger essential Oil and Cardamon Essential Oil. Made dumplings like normal. For sauce again used maple instead of golden and only added 1TBS brown sugar. They are spicy and a little sweet but not sickly. Really yummy alternative! Give it a try. X
