17.01.2022 Hello Facebook Friends, Its been a while and since I was last here on the Natural Pathways page as I have been off doing other wonderful things. I returned to my old job in Indonesia working as a Health Cook on a private yacht, which was amazing to experience cruising around Indonesia creating healthy and vital food whilst looking out on beautiful scenery. So now I am residing in Surry Hills, Sydney! What a vibrant place. Loving life here in the big smoke and more clearly re...alizing the everyday challenges we have in our modern lifestyles. For the last 3 months here in Sydney, I have been dedicated to my studies of Ryoho Yoga. A yoga therapy developed by Andzej Gospodarczyk which combines Corrective Yoga Therapy, Shiatsu and Nutrition. I am completely blown away of my experience of this therapy as I explore how to combine three of my most favourite modalities together to create a very strong foundation of real health. I will go into more details about the therapy in my further posts but you can get a pretty clear idea from Kris's blog below. So.more news...I am excited because I am in the process of re-igniting my Shiatsu practice and should be up and running at the The Medicine Wheel in Bondi very soon. Will keep you posted !
