22.01.2022 A tiny bit late on this but... Happy Earth Day! Honestly, I do think that we should make EVERYDAY Earth Day instead ! As climate change accelerates day by day, let’s do our part in reducing carbon footprints and make our lives more sustainable one small step at a time .... Some small changes that you can make in your daily life to be a lil’ kinder to our planet: implementing the 3 Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) use recycle bags instead of plastic ones drive less, walk more! reduce food wastage and consume less meat (did you know that livestock products are the most energy intensive to produce? ) These are just some tips to stop climate change and there’s actually so much more that we can do to help. As long as we are more mindful in how we live, I believe everyone can make a difference ! Share this with someone to raise awareness :) A small step goes a long way!

15.01.2022 The Sun was out to welcome all the beautiful families who came down to Woodland Historic Park, Greenvale, Victoria, Australia for the Nature Play Week launch ev...ent this morning! A big thank you to all who attended and a special shout out to Liz from Hume City Council for hosting, Emily from the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Ifra from the Nature Crew, Tania from Nurture in Nature, Liz from YMCA Kids Go Bush, Penny Harrison Children's author for the wonderful nature lay activities. Thanks to Roberto from The Connies with his nature cards and great stories and Travis from the Conservation Volunteers Australia with his passion to save the eastern barred bandicoot, Cigdem for the great images, Joe from Solidarity Sound System for the excellent tunes! And to all the amazing volunteers: Sulochi Walisinghe, Sam, Simmi, Aparna, Sam and Amanda. Hope you all enjoyed your morning with us !
