Nature Freedom is starting to run environmental crafts and nature based activities for people with disabilities. This is an opportunity for you to experience inclusion at the same time discovering nature! Legal qualifications preferred. 2. Thorough understanding in not-for-profit and social enterprise concepts, business models and strategies 3. An experience or passion in nature and disability advocacy; thrive for social inclusion and accessibility, and positive environmental change... 4. Be able to attend general meetings and attending Nature Freedoms community events reflecting the values of our organisation. 5. Have strong background in governance, compliance, human resources, and service provision 6. Essential backgrounds: National Disability Insurance Scheme, outdoor recreation, and environmental sciences If you are interested in applying, please send us your CV and cover letter stating your experiences and ambitions in relating to what we are looking for. At this event we include fun activities in the garden, making nature art projects, explore our animal and plant species around the centre. 12.01.2022 A BIG thank you to Nature Freedom's board of directors and new team members! We held a first AGM meeting this week. It was a wonderful meeting, reaching our major milestone! Our team is inclusive where members are from all walks of life. A diverse and inclusive board team looks like this! 07.01.2022 It was a great first Inclusive Paddling event over the weekend with Redlands Kayak Tours! Good to see new and old faces joined us. Despite being warm and windy, everybody had great fun and smiles.

07.01.2022 We turned 4 today! I produced my first CEO message for the first time for the community to know what is happening with Nature Freedom. This video will focus on the vision and milestones that I hope Nature Freedom becomes. Being 4 years later after a long and hard journey, it time for us to go forward and be creative. I am excited to share with you my passions and vision of what we do look like by the year 2030. There are so many opportunities to happen, and that why I am doing this.

06.01.2022 Nature Freedom launches environmental programs at Indigiscapes! Join our exciting new event at the Indigiscapes in Capalaba to learn and explore the gardens and weed weaving. We will start with a garden tour around the centre learning local botanical life and flowers. We play a game of nature bingo for spotting the variety of different plants and flowers, especially their shapes and colour. This includes nature journaling activity. After morning tea, we will work on weed weav...ing project for you to take home! This is an opportunity to socialise with others who are keen to learn about the wildlife and gardens. This is another opportunity for you find what you love about the art of nature! What to bring? Water bottle, sun safe clothing and hat, sunscreen and enclosed shoes, and smiles!
