21.01.2022 I forgot to pack my pre-made after sun spray for the coast this year. Luckily though, I did not forgot to pack my oils. I mixed a few drops of Lavender, Frankincense and Peppermint up in my body butter and it’s working a treat. Super moisturising, cooling and soothing to our hot pink skin. 17.01.2022 This little tube of goodness lives in my handbag - and for good reason too! It’s often when we are out and about that mishaps happen. Usually it’s the kids who trip over or get a bump or a bite, but this time it was me . Yes, adults can fall on rocks at the beach too . ... 09.01.2022 Simple Swap Instead of spending money in the chemical aisle (opps I mean cleaning aisle), why not try this simple swap instead. Ditch the store bought window cleaners which are full of nasty chemicals and fake fragrances and simply use your lemon oil instead.... Grab a 500ml glass spray bottle and fill it with 1 1/2 cups of white vinegar and 1/2 cup of distilled or cooled boiled water. Add in 8 drops of dTERRA Lemon oil (or you could also use another citrus such as Lime or Wild Orange). Spray onto your windows and mirrors and wipe clean with a microfibre cloth. 07.01.2022 I remember how excited I was when I got my first diffuser. It was so much fun to choose an essential oil and put it in the diffuser. The room would smell amazing and the aroma made an instant impact on our moods and emotions. I’d move the diffuser around from room to room. I’d place it in the kitchen of a morning with Balance and Peppermint for when we were all getting ready for school and work.
