24.01.2022 I’m just here living my best life with the most some of the most amazing people there are lows and there are highs, that’s life! It all helps us grow and bec...ome stronger. Act with integrity, compassion and do your best, accepting the mistakes/lessons- own them; reflect on how you can be better knowing you don’t have to be perfect just a good person Surround yourself with beautiful people and appreciate them, love them, look after them and you will have such an awesome life, get rid of the the ones that bring you down or are just negative towards you/bring negativity to your life - helping people is one thing but it’s like if you’re drowning and they push you down to save themselves.... not happening! You will always go to sleep with the truth, people will either be on your side or against you, always have an opinion, expectations and perceptions and that’s on them. If you’re continually having the same problems or feedback from people definitely reflect and see how you can grow x



22.01.2022 Life’s short, you gotta enjoy the everyday moments, it’s ok to have low days don’t put yourself down for those or think less of yourself for them.. . Find happiness, be grateful, be present- the littlest things like being able to breathe or for example for being present, when you’re cooking take in all the smells, the way the food changes as it’s being cooked. . Have fun be yourself, doesn’t matter what people think of you, have fun, act like a kid at the end of the day l...ook whose happy? The one being the big kid . So lucky and grateful to have the workmates I do like @jakey_loukaniko_olympia and the workplace I do at Olympia to let me be me, not to mention all my friends and family who accept my quirks . . 16.01.2022 This is me dancing in my loungeroom with Benny the bulldog. Dancing is something that is great for the soul, it lets energy out, moves the body which is always good for lymphatics, but is also very kid like and let’s you be free for a moment for me it’s a great stress relief and I feel happy when I’m dancing like a Wally. Having a pet is also great for the soul, how amazing is it to be unconditionally loved, accepted and have the same love for your shoes also we can learn so much, animals don’t see people or things with labels they don’t know what it’s called they just see what they see and it just is what it is..they are so present and don’t care about anything than what’s happening in the moments- what better way than to have a dancing partner that is that of a pet

13.01.2022 So proud of Allan! He is an amazing man with a heart of gold and so much determination and drive! We have been working together 2 times a week for about a month.. he’s lost 5kg of fat and put on 1.6kg of muscle without doing a crazy diet in fact we have increased cals! Allan and I have been working together to help him learn how his body works and what is best for him. There are a lot of diets and different nutritional methods to weight loss and eating plans...... My biggest advice... learn about YOU! Stay in your lane and listen to YOUR body not anything else you will never have to diet and will feel better than ever.

08.01.2022 Be you! Be authentic! Be honest, with yourself and others! Be disciplined to live to your values! Be your best, including honouring growth!... Love your life! Love yourself! Love others! Love the lessons and opportunities to grow! Love the journey! Stay in your own lane! Stay consistent to you and your goals! Stay committed to growing even in hard times! Don’t ever care what anyone thinks and compare yourself to what you have as opposed to others or how they live their life or what they do etc.. only compare your actions to your words and if they match up, only compare if you are truly living how you want and what work do you need to do to live to your fullest and truest? Those people you compare to or care about their judgements and opinions of are not you and what you are seeing in them and how they live, what they have etc might not even be the real them! Social media is great at being the highlight reel. You also might only be seeing the parts in yourself that you want to be but not the struggles they face behind closed doors. You might be the one making judgements towards them, check if there’s any truth to them that might be within you. Focus on you, someone’s always gonna have an opinion but build yourself up, heal yourself enough so you don’t give a shit! It’s not all rainbows and sunshine, and I can say that I struggle with this at times too, it’s about keeping on going and dismissing it when it shows up and learn from the moments you feed into this comparison roller coaster and caring what people think! You know who you are, that’s all that matters

Every session is more progress, more strength and better results in lowered body fat and increased muscle! The improvements Chui has made is a huge credit to his consistency, not perfection, as we are focussed on creating long term results that are sustainable not like a fad or program. . The progress Chui is making is because it’s about Chui,and how HE works, what works for HIM and has been amazing to see it all come together. . We have taken back the weights and focussed on technique and the mind/body connection and he has improved his muscle mass and decreased body fat while still enjoying a normal lifestyle without restricting just by focussing on himself and what works for him. 04.01.2022 Deadlifts One of my favourite exercises, not only do you feel like a boss once you have lifted, you get the biggest adrenaline rush before it. Deadlifts work so many muscles at once and is an exercise that teaches you that you really need to be in tune with your body, scanning and making sure you have everything activated especially core and glutes to prevent injury. If you have tight hips make sure you aren’t aiming for weight but more technique, range of movement a...nd listen to your body- if it doesn’t feel right it probably isn’t and it will always win.... Not only are deadlifts a great strength exercise they also get the old ticker (heart rate) going too so max cal burn is an awesome bonus on this exercise Long live deadlifts! Can’t wait to get back into them!

03.01.2022 HOW ARE YOU? . . And I mean how are YOU.. really? Don’t just say good if you’re not because society makes you feel like being low/sad burntout is Debbie downer or you’re too much. . . If you’re happy and amazing and everything is going well and you’re healthy than that’s awesome! But I’m also sure there are times when even if you’re positive, happy etc most of the time you will have those lows. .... . this is a question I want you to sit with and think about. -WHY? . Coz when you are running on adrenaline your body and mind will do anything to get through.no matter what! Like a jockey on a horse it will just keep pushing it and whip it to keep going. . . WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? You do whatever you have to do to get through. Suppress emotions, ignore signals the body sends pushing through when really you should be looking after yourself. You probably exercise which is also another cortisol (stress hormone) response. Your digestion is not optimal meaning you won’t be breaking down, utilising abs transporting nutrients properly causing deficiencies and of course bowel changes - IBS anyone . . WHATS THE PROBLEM? I don’t have time to worry about that I can’t stop, I have too much on I’ll be right, gotta do what you gotta do -whose guilty of these phrases?? Although we have busy lifestyles and have a lot of everyday stresses- it is so important to acknowledge how you are feeling. It’s important to take time out for yourself- listen to what your body is telling you. . . YOUR BODY WILL ALWAYS WIN! You can push through for as long as your body lets you, it will send signals that get louder and louder (more serious conditions) until you actually can’t ignore it. . picture above is just some of the smaller signals that we are so good at pushing through but can lead to serious health/mental health conditions. . .
