As you start back to work and going out into your community remember to maintain the pointers for your safety: Social distancing, handwashing, self-isolation. .... Stay home when you feel off colour or unwell to keep your germs at home. Any sore/scratchy throat, headaches, temperatures are signs of being unwell. This applicable anytime, even before #Covid19. Check your sources for reliable information regarding coronavirus, don't believe everything your read in Facebook and Instagram unless its from a trusted organisation. . Government websites and other professional organisations will have the most up to date and reliable information. This helps allay fear and anxiety. . Remember anyone can post anything on the internet and social media. Many people have opinio...ns and whilst they may be medically trained or called "doctor" does not make them an expert in the realms of public health. The media is always looking for a story and continue to find new "experts" to give their opinion on this health crisis. Unless they are experienced in public health crises I would consider it as just that, their opinion (and we all have those). . We all need to use our heads to work out who may have the best experience for dealing with these matters.
