Is it a quick stimulant of caffeine, high in carbohydrates or hidden sugars or a slow release of energy that can sustain your needs throughout the day? Morning habits 101: Drinking a litre of water first up will help cleanse and flush your colon of the overnight acidic build up. 05.01.2022 Dehydrating My new found When I'd hear people say they dehydrated their own crackers or veggie chips etc etc. I honestly thought they were super human to fit in dehydrating their snacks, for some reason it seemed like a big job! Totally wrong, it's such an easy and enjoyable process #imafan Dehydrated cracker base: Equal parts flax seed and filtered water then you can get creative I added sunflower, pumpkin and hemp seeds with fresh tomato and coriander let it sit... for minimum 30mins and max 4 hours- then put in dehydrator for about 12 hours.
