22.01.2022 Lamb + wine from @yeringberg farm on special at the pub. It’s not often we can put together a food and wine match from a single point of origin (especially not this bloody good!). Yeringberg is a family run farm by fourth generation siblings Sandra and David de Pury. We met Sandra recently at a @cellarhandwine tasting and were blown away by the quality of her Shiraz. Sandra makes the wine and David looks after the vineyard, sheep and cattle. ... Only a couple more short weeks til the sweet amber nectar starts flowing, the grill fires are lit and the gentle hum of conviviality returns.
