18.01.2022 Wishing all HSC students a strong and calm start to their exams tomorrow. Ive made my HSC warrior a homemade trail mix to help fuel the brain and ease the tummy rumbles. Great for those times spent gazing absently into the pantry looking for inspiration or for a pre or post exam nutrition hit. This one has a selection of nuts, seeds, dried cranberries and my all time favourite dark chocolate coated pepitas but you can tailor yours to your personal likes. All the best

02.01.2022 You may not be aware but on the 1st April the government removed a number of natural therapies from private health care coverage. While nutrition is still covered, therapies such as naturopathy, homeopathy, yoga and Pilates are not. These therapies are preventative - they keep our already overcrowded hospitals less so. This decision was ill advised and takes away the choice for individuals and families. So reassuring to see people like Dr Kerryn Phelps have not given up the fight for rational and well advised choice.
