24.01.2022 We've reached a hugely exciting milestone in the Curve Birtinya project with the ground floor podium slab completed recently! It was a massive job, at 2500m2, using: 1160m3 of concrete Two full concrete teams (almost 50 people in total)... Two boom pumps, dual feeding into both pumps Next up is the Level 1 Podium slab, with formwork already started. Thanks to developer Cube Developments for the great progress shots.

23.01.2022 Located in the peaceful Scenic Rim, this aged care facility in Boonah was completed in April for our long-standing client Churches of Christ in Queensland. With 115 beds and a great range of facilities provided for residents, it's always rewarding seeing projects like this come together. P.S. Halfway through you can see that it finally rained out there, with green, green grass popping out in the background, which was great for the drought-stricken community.

23.01.2022 We're a little obsessed with the angles featured across this Mooloolaba home! Architecturally designed by Reitsma+Associates, this modern home, built by NCM, takes advantage of the available space, creating impressive outlooks no matter where you are in the home.

The creative design by Reitsma+Associates takes full advantage of the gorgeous waterfront location on the Sunshine Coast, whilst the entire team worked cohesively to complete this unique residence within the desired time frames for our client.

Incredibly peaceful and relaxing, we think Churches of Christ in Queensland have found a perfect location for their residents. This project was completed by the NCM team in April 2020.

On top of the designated NDIS units, each standard unit was designed and built to be easily re...trofit a disabled compliant unit with very little rework and features a passenger lift to provide full accessibility throughout. 20.01.2022 Everyone loves a before and after, and this bathroom renovation (part of an entire home renovation) is no different! The black benchtops create a perfect contrast to the white tiles and timber cabinets, for a timeless, yet on-trend look. This Sunshine Coast beach home was completely transformed by the NCM team, in conjunction with architects, Reitsma+Associates.

Scott is one of our Project Managers and has previously fulfilled roles as a contracts administrator, project manager, business analyst and programmer in the construction and mining industry. Scott started with NCM in 2016 and currently looks after the project management of our refurbishments division.... Responsible for all aspects of refurbishment projects from initial scoping through to final handover; we know he enjoys achieving the best outcome for our clients. As a highly motivated, disciplined and skilled person, he has naturally high attention to detail, which is a brilliant skill for a successful project manager to have. The development features semi-open walkways throughout the building to maximise natural light and has an in-house management office, communal room for residents and guests, covered carparking, and landscaped grounds including designated planter beds for residents’ own planting needs. Another successful project delivered on time and under budget.

The 6 unique-yet-functional designs of these waterfront homes were a joy to build, in such a beautiful location on the Sunshine Coast. The timber screen look is still on-trend and provides an interesting contrast to the usual building materials used on external facades.
