24.01.2022 We thought it was finally time to update the exhaust on our Fiesta development car, we wanted something light and durable to handle both race and road use so we opted for titanium, consisting of a resonator made here in house and twin tips it doesn't get much more simple than this, compared with our old stainless equivalent this new system weighs in at just over 6kg with the stainless at 13kg

18.01.2022 For this system there was no specific briefs, just to give the car a nice rumble but not over the top loud, we achieved this by opting for a 3'' system with dual 3'' dumps, highflow cat, Magnaflow resonator and muffler, using our usual vband joiners and good ground clearance all fully TIG welded this customer was happy with the finished results!

17.01.2022 For this system we were asked for a clean simple functional race exhaust with performance gains in mind over anything else, we hit the mark opting for a 2.5'' 304 stainless mandrel bent system with the usual vband joiner, magnaflow resonator all fully TIG welded for longevity, additionally like with all of our exhausts we tucked it up as high as practical to give good ground clearance.

14.01.2022 This job came with a specific brief, given the car is low ground clearance was the highest of importance along with ease of accessibility and fitment all with functionality in mind. As this is a multipurpose car also used on the race track two rear sections were made giving the ability to easily change them over for both from loud straight through to a more subtle sound. All made from 4'' 304 stainless using mandrel bends, vband joiners and Magnaflow mufflers along with custom hanger mounts to accommodate the higher and larger exhaust, this system came out great and has as much clearance as practical.

12.01.2022 For this job the customer gave us a rough idea of what they wanted but left the rest up to us to create something to fit the style of the bike as we felt would work. Made from 304 stainless using lobster bends we made this straight through exhaust fitted up with a custom stainless mount, designed to sit up between the brake master for a neat fit. Additionally we also made up a aluminium velocity stack to fit, the flange shaped by hand and some stainless mesh to stop big debris from getting sucked in.

09.01.2022 This customer was after a louder free flowing exhaust over the old system he had on there, along with that he also wanted good ground clearance and a nice fit with the newly fitted aftermarket rear bar. We opted for a complete stainless 304 3'' system directly off the turbo with a mid 5'' resonator to help with drone at cruising speeds.

09.01.2022 We were tasked with making up a tidy simple exhaust on this fantastic example of a clean RX2, the customer requested longer tube headers into a single system and supplied us with a rear muffler, along with this we used the usual vband flanges throughout, sat the system as high as practical giving good ground clearance. Made using quality components and materials all fully TIG welded, this system should work well for its purpose

06.01.2022 This Datsun 1600 has a bold colour and the owner wanted the engine bay to match that statement with a focus on both function and appearance along with a nice exhaust note to match. We started off with a custom set of aluminium trumpets we made up to fit the twin weber carbs along with a new throttle bracket, followed up with a set of custom headers and stainless 2.5'' exhaust system, we made up a new battery tray and clamp, modified the valve cover with a weld on AN fitting and made up a press in AN fitting for the block breather all routed to a custom aluminium oil catch can, lastly was a new gearbox crossmember to allow the use of a newer available gearbox mount.

06.01.2022 This was a simple brief, make it sound nice but not over the top and fit/look good, we achieved this using a custom 3'' mandrel bent 304 stainless system, replacing the cat with a metal core highflow counterpart, Magnaflow resonator, Magnaflow muffler, Vband joiners, all fully TIG welded.

05.01.2022 This customer was chasing a mix of increased power, noise and aesthetics from a new exhaust system on this very tidy example of a Alfa Romeo 4C. We opted for a stainless 2.5'' diameter system with a single Magnaflow muffler to keep noise down to a manageable level along with minimizing drone at cruising, we machined the standard front cat flange to accept the larger 2.5'' diameter pipe, along with a vband joiner for ease of fitment and removal, finished off with a custom oval tip to match up to the style of the car and compliment the rear end of it. All this was done using 304 stainless tube, all fully purge TIG welded for strength and longevity.

05.01.2022 This car came to us requiring all the Intercooler piping along with the exhaust and oil catch can done. The car a Mitsubishi FTO fitted with a V6 twin turbo engine out of a Legnum meant there was not much room to fit everything in. The inlet, hot & cold side piping proved to be a challenge in spots with limited room and two turbos to cater for, all made from aluminium we fit everything in best we could given the space, we also made up a air divider box for the air filter to sit in.
