It also has a slight cooling action which is a natural way to relieve the pain associated with sinusitis. There are several ways you can relieve Sinusitis Kashayam is a liquid decoction. For Sinus issues take 8-11 tulsi leaves. Add 8 -10 black peppercorns and a small piece of ginger. Grind all the ingredients in a mortar and pestle. Add paste to 250 ml of water and boil it till the quantity reduces to half. Strain and add honey to taste. Drink this mixture while warm like a herbal tea. Additionally or alternatively you can use a nasya oil like the OmVeda Sinus which includes other herbs like Bael fruit, ginger, black pepper, long pepper, horse radish.
