25.01.2022 No more needs to be said. I stand by you. Stop the damn bullying NOW. ... Starts at school progresses through high school and graduates to workplaces creating toxic work cultures. Bullying of ANY kind has ZERO place in society !! It’s really not that difficult to be a nice human being

14.01.2022 The Mind... its crazy. Like a protection mechanism, the brain mostly dives in to negative motions, reason for this our minds are pre-programmed to protect.. new things, scary things, and uncertainty (going wrong) are most of the time the brains auto response. We see this everyday in mainstream media, social media and day to day lives where people are generally negative, gossip, whisper and talk "bad" about people. ... we need to change this and start thinking and focussing on the amazing possibilities that are out there... simply (as cliche as it it) you are only limited by your own belief in yourself.
