24.01.2022 A small job fixing the boundary fence and driveway in Woolowin. We had to remove the existing gate and motor and reinstate inside the fence line.

23.01.2022 An office partition that we built at IES Spring hill last Saturday and finishing off today ready for painting tomorrow.

22.01.2022 Recently we changed all the handrails on an apartment complex at Wavell Heights. Most of the old ones were rusting and unsafe. The new aluminium handrails give the building a modern look.

20.01.2022 East Ipswich is where we were this week. We're fixing up a deck and adding some stormwater to the house.

19.01.2022 A house built in 2011 by Nigel. The old brick house was demolished to make way for the new one. The submerged water tank was eventually covered by the driveway.

18.01.2022 This a renovation we have started with Alter Build. The early demolition of the back deck, soffit and side stairs will be removed to make way for the extension. We are adding two bedrooms with bathrooms and an entertainment room. The kitchen and one of the existing bedrooms is being converted into a kitchen and the lounge/dining room will come off of that.

15.01.2022 Enoggera Sleepout Renovation. This post-war home at Enoggera had stair entry to the sleepout from the side of the house and was in need of repair. With Synergy Design we gave it new front stairs and extended the roof to cover the entry.

14.01.2022 This is a very detailed fence we finished last week. 1 of 3 fences to be done on the property.

14.01.2022 We had been busy all through may-september working on this renovation and new build in Woolowin. More photo's will follow, but this is part of the work done with the renovation of an old queenslander on the site.

04.01.2022 Bathroom extension and renovation. My client wanted to extend her bathroom into the space of the existing stairwell. Removing the stairs and making a bigger bathroom. We removed the lovely fish tiles and created a nice open plan shower with a 1700mm bath and 1200mm vanity with timber top.

04.01.2022 This is a renovation we did back in 2002 while working for our parents. The house almost doubled in size. With a 12x12m lounge room/kitchen and then a 6x12m deck out back.

02.01.2022 A small renovation by Nigel in 2012. A new bedroom was added onto the side of the house replacing the existing verandah.

02.01.2022 A little job to keep my busy between Christmas and New Years. The main post on the corner of the deck was rotting and needed replacing. The bottom of the stairs needed new decking as well.
