12.01.2022 The NMRF Foundation is taking part in the 2012 Penrith Panthers Christmas Tree decorating event - Trees of Hope supporting the local community - which is offering over $15,000 in prizes to local charities. The event aims to bring cheer and community spirit to local residents as well as creating awareness for the amazing work undertaken by our local charities. Sandra Turnbull along with some wonderful friends helped make and supply the lovely decorations for the NMRF's tree a...nd on the 4th December they attended Panthers and decorated the tree along with Sue Dowd from Nepean Clinical School. We invite you and ask that you let as many friends, family and work colleagues know to visit Panthers between now and the 19th December to cast your vote for the NMRF Tree and view the Trees of Hope from the various Charities displayed in the Penrith Panthers Club foyer. Members, Directors and Staff of Panthers will vote across three categories with the prize values listed below presented to the charity with the greatest number of votes in each category. Members Favourite Tree - $8000 Directors Favourite Tree - $2000 Staff Favourite Tree - $2000 Plus those charities who miss out on one of the above prizes will receive $500 as a thank you for participating in this year’s Trees of Hope. The winners presentation will be held on Thursday 20 December 20 at 4pm where cheques will be presented to the winner of each category. We are proud that the Foundation has taken in this fun community event. Remember we need as many people as possible to vote to give us an opportunity to win $8,000 for the Foundation.
