25.01.2022 Completely in love with my little space! Transitioning from tattooing to motherhood was really hard for me and there was a time I didn’t know if it was something I would return to. I have always felt that if you lose your passion for tattooing, you shouldn’t be doing it and that was where I was at. I wasn’t prepared for my love of tattooing to be replaced by the love for my kids and I lost the thing that had defined me for years. I lost myself. ... Working in my own little studio has been such an amazing experience. It has become my escape, my break from being primary caregiver and my chance to be a person, not just a mum. Ive got my fire back and fallen in love with tattooing again, it is all I want to do! I am so incredibly thankful to the people that have trusted me to tattoo them. 17.01.2022 I got to do this one on a beautiful soul yesterday! Some of you may not know, but one day a month I cover self-harm scars free of charge. This is something that came about after a particularly healing tattoo I did on another amazing client. They shifted my whole perspective on what tattoos can do. If I can share what I do with people who need help moving forward with their lives, then that is a gift for me too. 15.01.2022 Mulberry season We have found so many random fruit trees on the property since we moved here. Dan brought this one back from the brink and now it’s delivering the goods! I have such fond memories of picking mulberries with my brother when I was little, I feel so lucky that my kids get to do the same. Big thank you to @irn.sde and @scott_m_harrison for the adorable onesie (it’s no longer white )
