24.01.2022 It is no-one’s right to judge your grief Your grief is as individual as you are, and your process is not to be judged, criticized, belittled, invalidated or compared to anybody else‘s If someone judges your emotions, your process, thoughts or decisions, then it is a clear sign that that person’s emotional maturity might need a little, or a lot of work ...
