15.01.2022 Vale Doug Kemp. It is with sadness that Newcastle Football today conveys the message that Doug Kemp has passed away over night after a struggle with health issues. Doug was a valued member of the Board of Newcastle Port Stephens Soccer Assoc. (Newcastle Football) with two terms covering 6 years. Doug’s commitment was to the identification of Players via his role as Player Development Director. Doug was a dedicated member of Plattsburg Maryland FC and in recent years continued that support with Maryland Fletcher FC. Doug will be missed amongst the Football Family that knew him so well; a Liverpool supporter and as so Doug YNWA. The Board, Staff and Members of Newcastle Football send our best to Doug’s family.
