04.01.2022 For Selective School Test aspirants, here is a summary of key changes in the test structure. Mathematics: It is now renamed as Mathematical Reasoning. * Questions reduced to 35 questions in 40 minutes. * There will be 5 answer options instead of 4. ... * Questions will have more focus on Mathematical concept application. General Ability: It has been obsolete now and will be replaced by Thinking Skills test. Thinking Skills: * Test will have 40 questions and to be done in 40 minutes. * More focus on logical reasoning and critical thinking. Reading: * Questions reduced to 30 questions in 40 minutes. * Will have questions on Cloze Reading. Cloze reading are reading passages in which words are omitted from a text. Students are required to use reading comprehension strategies to fill in the missing words. * Will have questions to be answered from multiple and related passages.
