25.01.2022 Beer night this Thursday 17 Sept at The Railway Armidale with the Welders Dog and Great Hops. We've been a bit slow to put this out there so only 6 tickets left. Will be pouring our new Tangelo Sour (!), #1001 barrel aged rye brown and Flowers in the Haze IPA. Call the Railway to grab a ticket.

17.01.2022 There's a pretty cosmic vibe in the brewery this week @hopproductsaustralia has just launched its Eclipse Hop and suggested we brew a farmhouse/saison style beer as part of the @beercartel Eclipse mixed pack. Blood orange & mandarin flavours dominate this single hopped India Saison, the bitterness is smooth and whilst there's no doubt you are drinking a saison with fruity and phenolic aromas, it is fermented to bone dry to keep you coming coming back for more. 10.01.2022 Shredded & Zested Hazy IPA What the cans says: it's coming from everywhere in this IPA. Coconut, lime, haze and a truck full of US hops. Aromas of pineapple, mango, passionfruit, lime and coconut lead to a creamy body of zesty fruit. The finish is juicy with low bitterness. Shredded & Zested! ABV - 6.0% IBU - 50... Hops: Lemondrop, Citra, Ella & Jester Malts: Oat Malt, Coopers Ale, Carapils & Wheat The lime was added at both whirlpool and late in fermentation with the coconut chips. The coconut chips add a creamy nutty texture to the already pillowy sweet body. The lemon drop hops kick in with added lemon and lime citrus while the Citra, Ella and Jester add extra fruit and some floral aromas. On tap and in the fridge at the brewery and shipping next week. Blow the froth of a few #smalltowner
