24.01.2022 An Instagram post from Down Town Kustoms about Year 11 student Xander Brown. "This is Xander, he did his work placement with us and he was instructed to make the cube it is fabricated from scratch, must be square and metal finished to standard, a stand or base of his choice, he also body worked it, painted it, cut and buffed it, we also showed him a bit of CAD design and 3D printing, we printed the DTK logo, he then prepped it, primed it, painted it and syringed the black a...nd red into it.. It looks amazing. It is a really good task because you are pretty much doing everything in the shop, from thinking, measuring, cutting, welding, metal finishing, bodywork, paint and polishing, CAD design, 3D printing, preparing plastic for priming and painting Well done Xander "
