15.01.2022 Factory update: The 6 well oyster plates are going good in production and should be finished by 18th December. They should arrive in January. It is disappointing that they weren't ready by October like the factory promised but that's what you get by not dealing local. Looking forward to seeing them and getting them out into the market place.

10.01.2022 Black 6 well oyster plates are finally coming off of production. Took 11 months! If you want to buy them this side of Christmas let me know asap. I will only be getting 200 black 6 well plates this shipment. Rest will be after Christmas. It will be first come first served.

07.01.2022 Great News! The Oyster Farm Shop will be open 7 days a week until Friday 9th October 11am to 3pm. Last orders for Farm Shop Produce menu 2.30pm. Come in and get the freshest oysters on Kangaroo Island!

04.01.2022 Due to overwhelming demand, there will now be 300 black limited edition '6 well' oyster plates produced, to cope with orders. This means, we will have 700 white & 300 black '6 well' oyster plates($30ea or $400 box of 20).Also, only 200 x '12 well' white oyster plates left ($360 box for 18). Email [email protected] to order your oyster plates in time for Christmas.
