06.01.2022 RUOK. When asked "how are you" we all comment "all good", But are we. Over 6 months ago I was having issue's with alcohol (Rum) and recreational drugs (pot) and it took a work colleague to point out that I wasn't myself and RUOK. Since seeing my GP and a specialist I was diagnosed with stress and depression disorder and apparently I have had this disorder for some years and my GP had only put the pieces together 6 months ago when I suggested something was wrong.
