13.01.2022 Dear New Sensation Clients, Upon arrival, we will require all clients to SANITISE their hands with the products supplied, as well as applying gloves while in the salon. This will all be provided for you.... Use the hand sanitiser we have provided Use the Anti-Bacterial wipes we have provided Use the gloves we have provided Discard anything in the bins/buckets we have provided For those of you who have appointments scheduled this week or want to make appointments, we have been advised to remain open until we receive further notice from the government. To help us manage social distancing requirements here we ask that you do NOT bring any guests into the salon with you for your appointment. This includes children. If you are unwell or have travelled overseas this past month, please notify us as we may need to reschedule your appt. for a later date. IF YOU ARE SICK, WE WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER THE SALON OR FOR THE SERVICE TO GO AHEAD! - We are preferring not to accept cash payments in-salon. When you’re here, you should know that: - We are allocating 15-30 min time frame after each client to allow us to preform our cleaning and disinfecting procedures. This includes completely Cleaning/Replacing: Bench tops Chairs (We will be swapping chairs around so that the previously used chair will be cleaned and put aside for period of time) Mirrors Hairstyling Tools and Trolleys Mopping the area previously used (This may mean you have to wait an addition 5 minutes to accommodate our procedures, we do apologies for this) - We sterilise our hairbrushes, combs, clips, towels, gowns and scissors after each client. - We disinfect our stations after every treatment using a hospital grade, antibacterial solution. - Our staff are washing their hands after every single client, then applying new gloves. - We disinfect our reception desk area and all door handles at regular intervals throughout the day - We are checking in with staff daily to ensure they are healthy and well, and have not been in contact with anyone affected by Covid-19 Due to the Corona Virus, and all the steps we have implemented, we ask that you honour the requests we have put forward to ensure both yourself and the staff’s health and safety. Due to the changes we have implemented, we apologize and hope you will understand. Looking forward to seeing you, sharing stories and riding the wave together during this time. Have a nice day!

12.01.2022 New Sensation Hairstyling would like to announce a REOPENING, as of this Thursday 23rd April. We are very excited to once again be there for your hair, the stylists are ready to make you look and feel amazing in these dire times!! The salon is opening for 3 days a week at this point in time, Thursday/Friday/Saturday. We have had to make a few small adjustments to accommodate the restrictions in place, which we will be following down to the finest line.... This includes client distancing, hygiene and cleanliness, appointed time before and after services to reset stations and prior appointment required for any service.
