05.01.2022 WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! We are so excited to see you all A few key points for parents/carers...... For Prep Students, the gate into the prep precinct on Clairmont St will be locked and entry will continue to be via the double gates on the Prep side of the library. Staff will welcome the children and supervise them in the playground. Parents and carers will NOT be permitted to enter the school grounds or wait around the fence. This process has been working really well. Preps will conclude their day at 2:45pm and be picked up from the same double gate designated for arrival. Please park, walk to the gate, collect your child and promptly depart. If you are picking up students from prep and older age groups, advise your older children that they can also leave via the Clairmont St gate at 2:45pm. Every other student will finish at 3pm. Students in Years 1-6, student entry can occur from 8:15am at one of three entry points only; The main Albert St gate The double gate on Clairmont St, near the library The pedestrian gate in Polo St Staff will supervise each gate to welcome students and direct them to the ‘green’. Parents and carers will NOT be permitted to enter the school grounds without explanation of a need to enter for essential business, eg provide medication, buy a uniform. Social distancing is required by all parents, carers, adults onsite and there will be NO WAITING permitted anywhere, anytime on the school grounds. A staff direction to move on is not intended to offend. The above measures will be in place until further notice. Let's all work together amd make this transition as smooth as possible!
