Anyways... she came to us just after giving birth to her second daughter as a tiny lady with a skinnier fat body type, wanting to lose her post pregnancy weight. So we did and here were her results.. She weighed in at around 62-65 kilos when she first started with a 30% Body Fat reading. Reaching over the years and maintaining 52-55 kilos with a body fat % of 25% (We had ups and downs) From there her mind shifted and feel in love with weights and feeling strong! She now weighs in at 57-58 Kilos, BF% Now only 17-18% and she's STRONG AS F#%K! An 80 Calorie Apple will remain 80 Calories no matter when you consume it. Being asked what time should I stop eating to improve my weight loss chances needs to stop. Being in a healthy Calorie Deficit with a good balance of macros no matter if your last meal is at 5pm or 8pm doesn't change a thing... When you lose weight or gain weight fast on the scales in the morning you may have fallen victim to 1 of these 2 common things... Feel Good Scenario: You finished eating at 5/6pm: Your Glycogen stores (stores in your Muscle) have depleted (Water weight) and now your dehydrated which means the scales seem lighter today. Feel Bad Scenario: You had a higher Carby/Sodium Dinner: Your body may have stored glycogen in the muscles and the sodium is holding onto some extra water in your cells, which means you have some extra energy ready for the day.. doesn't mean you've gained Fat. My advice is... Get educated and don't allow a number good or bad on a scale dictate how you feel... Once your trapped in that bubble you will find yourself wasting time on gym programs and diets that will only drain your bank account. Change your MIND First...
