Project Hope is a one day workshop program for young people between the ages of 8 and 12 years, filled with creative expression and wellbeing techniques such as meditation, storytelling and grounding to build inner confidence and resilience and give young people positive and easy anchors to manage all that life can presen...t. Specifically designed for this age group, we are confident that all those who attend will gain valuable life skills that will stand them in very good stead in the coming years.
