The Australian Institute for Disaster Resilience (AIDR) would like to congratulate you on being shortlisted as a finalist for the 2020 Resilient Australia National Suncorp Community Award. Our judging panel has scored your project, Ask Me What I Need? highly. As a finalist for this year’s award, you are invited to attend the National Resilient Australia Awards Ceremony, in Canberra on Friday 4 December 2020. 16.01.2022 WOOHOO!! Next Step is proud to announce we won the National Resilience Community Service Award last Friday! We are thrilled about this achievement as Project Manager Berinda Karp has worked collaboratively with the Autistic Community in developing this training tool that will now be utilised nationally across all emergency services/first responders in our communities.... We would like to thank the following: Berinda Karp, we could not have asked for a better project manager; we are so grateful for all your efforts and extensive knowledge of the Autistic community. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for you and how much of an impact you will have. The Australian Institute for Disaster Resilience for not only holding an amazing event and providing the best hospitality but for all the work you do to raise awareness and provide knowledge to support a disaster resilient Australia.
