14.01.2022 In my opinion, we should have a rough idea of how many calories we consume per day. You can do that loosely or you can be strict on it. The way you do that is entirely up to you. When we track our foods, there are 3 very things that I have seen time and time again people don’t account for. Over a weekly period that can be hundreds or even thousands of calories unaccounted for. So the best way to account for these things is to track them. Oil is the biggest one I see unaccount...ed for. People cook with it, use it in there foods when cooking. Let’s say you use 10ml of canola oil per day. In a week thats 567 calories unaccounted for. Milk in coffee, tea, cereal is a big one. Now it’s not a lot on one sitting but if you don’t account for 1 cup of skim milk per day for a week. That’s 749 calories over a week. There is nothing wrong with eating these foods at all! We just need to make sure we account for these. Especially in a fat loss phase. If you think you are doing everything right and nothing is happening.
