20.01.2022 Join us for the opening event next Friday night from 6-8pm! This exhibition brings together the work of Brisbane Artists Terry Summers (cardboard sculpture and installation) Loni Mills (Life Drawing/ Paintings & re-used materials) Felicity Clarke (Mixed Media & Textile Art) and Sarah Greenwood (Life Drawings and Soft Sculpture from up-cycled fabrics). All are practitioners from diverse backgrounds and varying mediums brought together by their common interest in repurposing t...he mundane and the drawn figure. The exhibition will run from Thursday the 26th of September to Wednesday the 2nd of October with an opening event on Friday the 27th of September at 6-8pm. Everyone welcome!

14.01.2022 I recently worked on some of these mosaics for Jane du Rand Ceramic Mosaic Artist. I was proud to be involved in this important project commemorating those who have donated their organs, and their families, to help others live. We recently lost one of our favourite artists Lindsay Mack from the Grace Art Events community but it was some comfort to know that he was an organ donor and his awesome family facilitated the donation of his organs as was his wish, so that others could live more fully. Congratulations Jane du Rand Ceramic Mosaic Artist on another beautiful project installed! I was proud to be a part of it.
