07.01.2022 Flashback to last years prep. 5 weeks out and a rather hungry and fatigued human. It’s actually rather frustrating how little you appreciate being shredded in those final 8 weeks. I know for myself I was putting everything into sessions, food choices, sleep and any and every box I could tick. Certainly an addiction that I love.
