24.01.2022 Construction of this 6 storey building at Gray St, Southport is drawing to a close. DANKAV Constructions and Inarc Design collaborated with us to produce this great looking building. Unique to the structural design was the use of slab mesh to reinforce the suspended floor slabs in place of reinforcing bar this allowed for quick floor cycles.

22.01.2022 A single storey renovation now completed and on the market with Greg Read from Read Project Services and John from Food Fitouts. 21.01.2022 After almost 9 months under construction the refurbishment of the Bowen Tce Aged Care Facility in New Farm is coming to an end.. A great job from all involved.

20.01.2022 An XRay investigation can be allot less disruptive onsite compared with cutting out & removing a portion of slab. The guys at XRay Construction were able to determine the slab thickness & locate the reinforcement.

11.01.2022 Galvanised joist hangers and bolts are no match for the corrosive environment of a swimming pool deck. Quintessential Building removed the joist hangers and bolts from a 5 year old timber deck in Reedy Creek and replaced with Stainless Steel components.
